long story but something like this :) 鈥anted an alt to western sports 鈥ave a good tai chi school hereabouts 鈥hile normally pitched as something for seniors, under the hood its a badass martial art meant to be used v humbly. ended up learning two diff sword styles, a bunch of long forms, and a gabillion qigong warmup exercises also note that they say it takes about a decade to become an advanced beginner and that鈥榮 where I am 馃
