Honestly, I do think it's good at it. It could easily replace a basic psychiatrist. I mean @christin shared someone's story the other day, when the person got a diagnosis from an ai and it turned out they needed to get medical help asap https://warpcast.com/christin/0xceb92a14 And @keccers.eth shared her thoughts on ai therapy. https://warpcast.com/keccers.eth/0x5ca71291 You can read both, if you're interested. Generally, ai is doing a great job at this!

Oh yeah I think all this can be super helpful for people. We need a new word for AI assisted mental health help that’s not “therapy” it’s not really the same thing, and using the word therapy just triggers the therapists. And also something to stop people from getting one shotted by it like people who start believing it’s real and stuff

Also I love how it makes it so much easier for people. Like sometimes you don't really need therapy, you just need to talk to someone, maybe get some encouragement or simple help. And now you can do this from the comfort of your home, never leaving your desk, for free. I mean it does have some obvious cons, but I think it's great overall.

Maybe ai assisted mental health program, where you can talk to a therapist if things get out of hand or something. I don't know, I'm not the best at thinking these things up, but someone should definetly work on it. I feel like it's gonna be a crucial part of our lives very soon.
