to the “it’s not healthy to obsess” point, i’ve found myself being overwhelmed when thinking about what Luna eats we feed her mostly food we cook ourselves, but her favorite snack is an ultra-processed baby cheerio 🤷♂️

big agree with this!! i’m not concerned in a hand-wringing way, but more of a “oh, now i have to think about this not just for me, but for her, EVERY DAY” way was more concerned when she was entirely on formula and the dose was 100% of her diet, and at 14 months she seems quite healthy ☻
