I struggle to model these scenarios out when the world is set to look like a place where 99.99999999% of people are unemployed. Most of us will have no money or leverage to accept anything but the LLM

Not the point you're making, but I do feel like a lot of these discussions are similar to the offshoring/onshoring arguments.  If I need support from a company, and I have a simple problem that can be fixed, then offshore/AI agents are fine, but more than likely I have a slightly unusual support need, in which case the company that hires experts will get my continued business.

People like this seem to have no idea what it actually means to be human
