Kanye can rap, sing, produce, defy his genre, switch to another genre altogether, do new stuff, and do it all at a certain level that is, if not out and out excellent, above average.

That's a lazy argument. You need the meds take the meds. Plus, as someone who had to depend on drugs a while, it really IS laziness at some point. Clearer thinking is better creativity and that's a hill I'm willing to die on.
