the slur coins never actually took off lol Polynya decided to rage quit over a bunch of 100k market cap coins that were instadumped after taking screenshots to make it look like they were pumping the free market worked perfectly, no one bought the stuff, but everyone decided to freak out anyways

I thought that the quitting was related to general memecoin angst. I thought slur coins were a Solana only phenomenon. I am not up on my memecoin lore

she definitely labeled the slurcoins as the last straw but appeared to be looking for any excuse for an out because people seemed to enjoy having fun with joke coins over reading lengthy posts about "ethereum philosophy"

She has principles Kenny. This is good. Put some respect on her name, even if you don’t see eye to eye. She’s An honest intellectual. This is infinitely better to me than making up nonsense about disposable pump n dumps as I referenced in OP!

she has no problem selling people the dream of "decentralized" governance tokens which is just as much of a meme lol she's also not an honest intellectual because intellectuals don't stamp their feet and quit when wrong, they're curious and investigate what assumptions they made that were false
