Not to mention the disease research the government subsidies universities to conduct, its actually insane these companies keep getting away with it

Honestly, maybe they won’t. From this frame the “war on science” is wholly justified. We aren’t paying for things that benefit us. We are paying for biotech investors mansion with stables and a wine cellar

Not being able to access the innovation is functionally the same as the innovation not existing to me. So really doesn’t bother me either way.

I definitely sympathize to a degree with the "anti science" types, but science isn't the problem
