šŸ™ƒ we arenā€™t bodybuilding.com forum I think CICO is true BUT functionally not as useful when layered with palatable foods, high inter individual NEAT etc. Aka my wife and I eat the same shit and she is jacked and Iā€™m not šŸ˜¤ and Iā€™m in denial of how she does a lot more outdoor activity than me
