I was at a get together on Friday and there was this guy there who runs a sci-fi magazine. He does this with a business partner and we were asking about her. This woman lives in CELEBRATION, FLORIDA, this city (technically a “master planned community”) that is more or less an off shoot of the Disney corporation. It’s right next to Disney World with one of the villages that comprise the town connecting to the park. Why? Well she was interested in like, these self-formed and self determined cities and thought the best way to learn would be to go live in one. I was looking into it after and what the heck is this place. Maybe the only “city” in the country where only property owners can vote? It’s a trip https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celebration,_Florida

As crazy as it may sound; it was implemented because it has justifiable advantages and tbf i don’t think they’re still that rigid currently
