so here i am. working on the same app that i have been working for years now. the invitation is clear: write 8 minutes. but over and over i think through the how. what is the proposal that i make you, as a user, that is compelling enough for you to want to spend your attention and awareness doing this. how? how is farcaster made invisible on the backend? how do i prompt the ai that will write the prompts that will trigger you every day? that’s the mission. that they trigger you. that you feel heard. it’s all about how the system makes you feel. and my thesis, all of this time, has been that it makes you feel good. but who knows. maybe not. but i will keep working on it. the fire is just too hot

If you want real feedback, I was an original nft buyer and I loved the concept. There was only one issue — it was incredibly massively complicated. The portals and the diff times and the weekly prompts and the diff moving pieces. This is is great but it needs to be stripped down and rebuilt to be a simple text box. The only thing a user does is go to that website where there is an empty text box and they write. But even asking someone to that weekly is a huge ask in reality. If you accept this fact instead of challenging it then you could offer incentive to do it weekly. Maybe something that compounds when you do it more than 1 week in a row. But that also needs to be simple. I love the idea and still have my Anky!

you don’t know how much i agree man, and laughed when you said incredibly massively complicated. i also remember you on the GC and how you gave up after all the complexity that came from my side lmaooo all of this has been just stripping away everything that is not necessary, and this is the ui that the mobile app has now. i know that bringing this as a habit to people is hard. and that’s exactly why it is a challenge that i love in terms of ux design

Bro yes!! This is the way. And also this is the process. Great things happen in iterations so I wouldn’t even think twice about it. Love the UI. The incentive thing is always the hardest but you can come up with something hmmmm. Good job!
