anybody have a good ceviche recipe?

had oscar’s fish and shrimp mixed ceviche last week while surfing and working in san diego and i’m craving it big time. would love to make for dinner with friends.

Really tho, the key is no seasoning whatsoever. Lime and lemon juice and literally nothing else and let it sit for 2 days. Not 24 hours.
