The idea that if you can moderate, you must moderate illegal stuff is pretty sound!

If you build tech that gives control to people, make sure you _actually_ relinquish that control, otherwise, that's just hypocrisy.

I mean it was a “conspiracy” that Twitter had an NSA back door and that turned out to be 100% true.
