I'm getting boosted! Hi Farcaster :) I'm an advanced meteorology student from Argentina, currently working on my thesis on cosmic rays. My main interests are severe weather (i.e. tornadoes, severe thunderstorms), space weather (i.e. solar flares, geomagnetic storms, etc.) and tropical cyclones. I like doing stuff in Photoshop and photography as well, mostly for fun and in a non professional manner. I traveled a lot in my country and also abroad so I have a lot of pretty pics to share :) Just for starters, here's a photo of a sunset I shot ten years ago (one of my favorites) and a piece I created in Photoshop (also one of my favorites).

Do you think HARRP has been used as a weapon before?

No, and honestly I don't know where the whole "HAARP is a weapon" talk came from. 🀣

Yikes! This doesn't make any sense. Ionospheric heating doesn't affect the troposphere since the immense amount of mass present in the lower layers of the atmosphere. If this was true, every solar flare (that ionizes and heats the ionosphere due to increased emission of x-ray and extreme ultraviolet radiation from the Sun) would cause impacts in terms of weather, and that simply does not happen.
