Easy. Centralized sequencer. Regardless of what you can push at the contract level on L1 to get things moving on L2, getting your coins off is a very different story for anything OP

Her argument will be that larger parties controlling majority of validators is “centralized”. It’s not. It’s a by product of bootstrapping a network and does not allow for denial of service. 

Solana is a database that can be shutdown at anytime.
