I know you’re kinda talking about something else but , the power is being able to use any token / your token as native gas on an l3, like how degen chain is doing it with @syndicate. This enables true micro txs for the apps built on the l3, so small that things like every “like” or interaction can = a tip.

That's actually exactly what i'm talking about! If you sent a random txn that said "This txn will cost 0.5$ in gas to execute, but will give whoever execute it 0.6$ denominated in DEGEN", someone will take it and execute it because that's just MEV
