What’s your favourite “I’m too lazy to cook but don’t want to go out and get a takeaway” dinner?

Rice and fried eggs; if feeling fancy, I'll fry up the rice too. - Ponzu - Green Onions/ Scallions - Onion/Garlic if feeling fancy Then use hot sauce (gochujang, tabasco, whatever is on hand) I get satisfaction from the carbs and fullness longer from eggs. -- Gotta get a rice cooker, worth it's weight in platinum!

Ok, that sounds like work. But love gochujang. Spent 4 months in South Korea during my studies. Also need a rice cooker

Oh i also cut up the scallions with scissors directly in the skillet, saved a cutting board and a knife. Ponzu and scallions is all you need if you really want to pull back on effort

You want easier? Make homemade pizza (some other day when you're not tired); freeze the left overs and reheat in the oven for dinner one day. You can freeze any pizza (take out, homemade) and reheat in the oven. +1 if you use an air fryer instead, it tends to be crispier. We buy /costco pizza and freeze slices
