Oh, yeah. Sorry should have said it clearly: wtf is my period today so painful when normally it's barely noticeable.

Googling came up with nothing concrete.

i think its mostly the cramps. well it is for me

I don’t know… I thought it could be related to estrogen dominance but I’ve not read up on that in a while. 

Maybe I need to get back to reading on women’s health issues
