Rereading your cast, I get why you added the 😩 . Trying to create a self-fulfilling prophecy: If loads of people reply to your cast, this is going to be successful but you'll have your hands full matching the right people together.

btw for matching I'd
- check if similar interest based on profile (GPT can do that)
- check if not following BUT following same people
- check if interacted (replied/mentioned) in the past x days

or keep it simple and do it randomly
