What do you do if one of your team members becomes MIA? We're a remote team and nobody lives near them. All outreach on all channels return nothing.

classic “hit by the bus” factor Mitigating it is much easier than handling it when it happens. Many years ago my team lead disappeared. The team continued and I stepped up. We called his phone, emailed, whatsapped. Nothing. Fortunately many months later found out he was safe, just frustrated by managers
