the first killer onchain use case was permissionless and stateless financial ownership + value transfer it’s becoming clear that the second killer use case is social, ownership of identity the latter is what will lead to mass adoption of the former, and we’re witnessing it right here on farcaster

Does identity extend to what you cast/mint and getting paid for others to use that data?

the data layer is open for anyone to use today, yet imo incentives align to reward casters for that data and now they have an easy way to do so it'll come from the community expectations, bc of portable identity the users will have an escape hatch
