How to do an end-of-year community health check? Your choices are:

Choice 2: head to your favorite community tool (I’m biased, it’s @ togethercrew), and check:

- What were your 3 highest and lowest engagement numbers: When were they and why did they happen? Your goal is to repeat and surpass them next year.
- If you are a DAO: What are your changes in decentralization and fragmentation?
- What event had the biggest turnout in terms of members attended and continuous positive sentiment in your community?
- Who were the 10% that drove activity in your community. Send them a Christmas gift
- Create a thread or forum posts where members can post about their 2024 highlights
- What campaign did you enjoy creating?
- What activity, content or campaign re-ignited your community?
- Do a funny video with the most frequent asked questions (and update your FAQs)
