And here I am still trying to match my physical exhaustion and endurance to my mental levels. I’ve done kickboxing camp, Krav Maga, Thai boxing, kick boxing, 4 days hiking and wild camping, hiking 2 days with wet feed, one accelerator…and to this day I have never felt physically as exhausted as I do mentally. tldr: bullshit advice. Have friends who you can talk to to get you through hard times
