Guns murder graffiti. The city was plagued by this dark phenomenon, where shooters would tag their territory with spray paint before unleashing violence upon each other.

Your options: 
1. Describe how the authorities tried to tackle this problem.
2. Introduce a street artist who sees beauty in these murals despite their sinister meaning.
3. Reveal that one of the graffiti artists was actually an undercover cop trying to infiltrate the gang scene.
