.:How Ika is Different:. Ika's design uses broadcast communication instead of unicast, allowing for hundreds or thousands of participants (nodes) to process signature requests from many more users. The throughput is 1 or 2 orders of magnitude more than standard mpc networks -- exactly what Sui needs for mass adoption. It's quite a cool project and great vibes in their Discord, which you should totally join! https://discord.gg/rF3vhs7...

.:Typical MPCs:. Coinbase wallet, fireblocks, and copper are a few custody solutions that leverage MPCs to mitigate security risks inherent w/ private key management. However, standard MPC networks use unicast communication, which requires every participant in the network to communicate directly with each other. The effect is.. >low signatures per second >limits the number of participants to a few >takes minutes to generate 1 signature w/ 10-20 participants >computation overhead exponentially increases w/ more participants In other words, it don't scale

.:About Ika:. Ika is a highly scalable MPC network that leverages Sui's architecture. They developed a novel system called "2pc-mpc" that allows web3 threshold cryptographic signing at scale, upwards of 10,000 signatures/sec. Check out their research on 2pc-mpc here: https://ika.xyz/blog/ika-2...

.:Details:. Ika's NFT is a collection of 10,000 with multiple rarities, ranging from common all the way up to mythic. They have a leveling system built in, each with a set number of squid keys that users can claim, depending on the rarity. Leveling up requires an increasing amount of Sui. As you see in the images, NFTs can have multiple evolution stages. The exact use case for this is unknown, but I do think one of the main goals is to collect squid keys. Interestingly, leveling up your Ika-Chan increases the card's ranking.

.:strategy?:. Without clear guidelines, most of this is speculation. But knowing how other TGEs, such as Walrus Protocol, $wal are right around the corner, I think a viable strategy is to own at least one of these NFTs. Even better is to also own at least one key. If you wish to collect multiple keys, your ROI is likely better through leveling commons (to claim 1 key), rather than dropping a large cost up front by buying a mythic. Either way, we'll find out the utility soon!

while the $sui ecosystem awaits the $wal airdrop next week, pay attention to the @ikadotxyz NFT card collection $ika You may be able to better position yourself for Ika's TGE by holding "Ika-Chan" and squid keys, which can found on Tradeport. In general, holding a few key NFT collections within the Sui ecosystem is a good strategy. Keep reading to learn more #airdrop #ika #sui #wal

[Extras] One way or another, we'll find out the utility soon! Ika's novel 2pc-mpc allows web3 threshold cryptographic signing at scale. This will allow seamless cross chain connections to EVM chains, Bitcoin, in addition to several other key features -- this is a very valuable piece of infrastructure, to say the least. Here's to hoping for a stellar TGE :) Make sure to check @ikadotxyz on Discord and check out their Galxe Quest: t.co/djSVkOXlkd Ika's official collection, along with squid keys, can be found on Tradeport.

[Sui Ecosystem Airdrops] In general, holding a few key NFT collections within the Sui ecosystem is a good strategy for airdrops. Ika's "IKA-CHAN" is of interest as it provides potential to earn roles as a holder, which could boost airdrop rewards dynamic level-up features for the NFT squid keys Leveling up requires an increasing amount of Sui. As you see in the images, NFTs can have multiple evolution stages. The exact use case for this is unknown, but I do think one of the main goals is to collect squid keys (shown in the second image)

you don't have the cards for that Walrus protocol and $ika network have upcoming TGEs. They're both expected to play a critical role in Sui's expansion. While $wal 's first round allocations are set, Ika's road to TGE seems a bit more mysterious following the launch of their NFT collection. [Here's what we know πŸ‘‡]

In other words, it don't scale (in a blockchain environment); collusion is a real risk. 🚨 .:potential airdrop:.🚨 it's worth joining the galxe quest for Ika, it's going to play a huge role in Sui's expansion. Ika's new 2pc-mpc allows web3 threshold cryptographic signing at scale. coinbase wallet, fireblocks, and copper are a few custody solutions that leverage MPC to mitigate security risks inherent w/ private key management. the way it works: basically, a group of homies collectively generate signatures without revealing or reconstructing the full key for a wallet -- web3 threshold cryptographic signing. but typical MPC networks use unicast communication, which requires every participant to communicate with each other. The effect is.. >low signatures per second >limits the number of participants to a few >takes minutes to generate 1 signature w/ 10-20 participants >computation overhead exponentially increases w/ more participants

So you're telling me... $5000 stimmys announced yesterday; China's central bank liquidity rockets up... ...and now there's a new coronavirus v2.0? all predicted by the 10yr-2yr t-bill chart. I don't want to believe it, though. Apparently the PBOC just expanded the way they measure m1, so let's see. If this is manipulation or zombies, crypto still goes up.

I scraped Farcaster data and found 400k+ addresses with 40k+ ETH on Mainnet and Base. No other social network has $120M in "dry powder." Yet by crypto standards, we have so much room to grow. Announcing /warpcash, an airdrop for all users with ETH addresses on Farcaster. https://warped.art/airdrop

Apechain -- the new layer 3 network built on Arbitrum One officially launched last week. ApeCoin $ape, the token powering Yuga Lab's ecosystem, upgraded its smart contracts using LayerZero's OFT standard. Here's why it's important: >Omnichain fungible token standard (OFT) enables secure messaging communication with chains & dApps integrated with LayerZero's tech, allowing for... +seamless cross-chain transfers of APE between Ethereum, Arbitrum, and ApeChain +DAO governance for APE holders across chains +payment of transaction fees on multiple chains +native yield that automatically rebases for tokens held on ApeChain (APE, apeETH, apeUSD). >LZ has 70+ chains and 200+ lzApps in its eco, so I'm sure we'll see many more integrations within and outside of ApeChain. A few ideas to spitball: +oNFT mints with cross-chain capabilities +In-game assets that can interoperate with other chains & games +liquid restaking of APE in cross-chain DeFi +apeUSD yield on Pendle $zro
