Reading applications you can immediately tell who is copying and pasting from AI. 

Let ChatGPT give you the clay and the  add your voice and unique perspective

meh, depends on context (don’t mail it in for a dream job)

but in my experience, genuine interest in open positions is generally received by hiring folks just going through the motions - very uninspiring and off-putting part of the search process. not worth my 100%.

I use it to critique my resume and cover letter.
