I'm finally done and this is my review: - It was interesting reading about Nigeria from the perspective of a foreigner who got married to a Nigerian. I didn't realise foreigners needed a community in Nigeria too. - It started veeerryyy slow but the end was kind of quick. I don't like how the story ended. - I appreciate it when writers make their characters complex. cc: @kentb

It is really fascinating because the author also mentions that the wives infuse bits of their culture in their houses in Nigeria. The Chinese wives have pagodas. The Jamaican wives have gardens. The American wives live in houses with a modern architecture style.

I don't know a lot but I assume they are in Lagos because Lagos is like the heart of Nigeria. I'm not in Lagos.
