It's reasonable to just keep seized Bitcoin at this point. Could be convinced that other assets should be sold.

No. If I had to guess, they will investigate a way to buy it budget neutral but it won't happen.

Yes. And we will. EO rightfully acknowledged the limits of Presidential unilateral action. Acts of Congress are needed to do more. Good to see some adults in the room based on what’s been rolled out so far.
