Was personally surprised at how much harder it is to be a founder than it is to be an early stage employee. Used to think that the founder to early stage employee equity gap was too high. I think it's still true with early exits, but you put in SO much more as a founder.

Yeah, force refreshing is also unintuitive on desktop OSX. I'm also seeing intermittent errors upon refresh that require restarting the app.

- Put some pork loin roast, onions, carrots in a crock pot. Season heavily with rosemary and thyme. - Fill with apple cider & turn on high. - Make sure to skim the fat after the first hour. - Cook for 5 hrs or until meat falls off the bone.

I used to do this about Android smartphones (Android Central, Phandroid, etc). Never really replaced that, although I'd guess subreddits could approximate the experience.
