Conversation then took an interesting turn - he moved to SF because it's one of the few places with a Church of Scientology.

But apparently he's only involved through a pretty normal sounding course on communication & speaking. TIL that Scientology provides educational certificates..

- Put some pork loin roast, onions, carrots in a crock pot. Season heavily with rosemary and thyme. 
- Fill with apple cider & turn on high. 
- Make sure to skim the fat after the first hour.
- Cook for 5 hrs or until meat falls off the bone.
