Appreciation 11/11/24 1. Today I lost a very close friend after a long battle with cancer. He was a bright soul, always had something kind to say and never complained despite being dealt a bad hand. I have much to learn from his example and I will remember and honour him as best as I can. 2. โAvicii - without youโ - this song was the jam we listened to in our group of friends and it became our summer jam in 2018 and became my friendโs favourite song. This song is so fitting, especially for today. Miss you. 3. Health - when youโre young you often donโt think about your health and do something crazy things. As you get older you realize that your health is the most important thing you have. Remember youโre blessed to have a healthy body, and remind yourself to always choose healthy options to live long and healthy life!
