i don’t get it, why do I hear all the time from people who hire that it’s difficult to find employees while people without jobs saying there are no jobs?

I have a hot take but it’s not very realistic.

Basically just aiming to change the game with the org that I am building.  All I need to do is be insanely successful and we can change the zeitgeist on hiring ;)
