i'm trying to build an onchain payment solution for offline merchants tried something new this morning: went for a walk around /lisbon and visited a bunch of cafès for short interviews turns out i didn't find any owner in place, so ended up getting emails or instagram handles to reach out about my market research so i decided to change strategy: i'm back home now after lunch and will start to scrape cafès emails with some tools and send a bunch of cold emails let's see what happens next

Been talking to cafes in New Zealand about the same, lack of education around regulation seems to be playing a critical part in lower adoption here
