The Receipts app will only be available in the US app store starting today. 🧾 We're introducing a new economy around fitness & wellness and hoping to motivate the 1.8 billion adults in the world who aren't physically active, to be more physically active. Lack of physical activity is the 4th leading cause for death worldwide. But it's really hard to create something great and compelling for everyone, so we're starting with the US first and expanding from here. Soon, US based Receipts users will be able to use their points in-app and IRL. Much more to come here 📈

if you're an existing user from another country who already has the app downloaded, you should still be able to use it for the time being, but updates won't be supported :( we went back and forth internally for weeks to see how we could make it work, but ultimately decided to focus on US and expand when we're able to better support

Man this is really sad, I had onboarded at least 8 more people in the AUS/NZ region. Really going to miss receipts 😢
