Those who donā€™t work in Web3 (or tech in general): How do you balance your day job, family life/hobbies and being active/learning in Web3? Even working in web3, I find it hard to maintain a balance. Most of my time is spent on the project, need to carve out time to go beyond the bubble too. Iā€™ve been finding it helpful to block out times in my calendar for learning, workouts & fun stuff. And good to recognise the effort youā€™re already putting in šŸ™Œ

Iā€™m still at a stage when I have to block my calendar specifically for work šŸ¤£ as in no meetings or other distractions. Iā€™ll probably have to book time for learning but the only way to do it is to add early early mornings šŸ„²

Working across timezones has forced me to really make use of my google calendar šŸ˜‚ How about splitting up learning to 5-15 mins throughout your workday? Save the early mornings for much needed rest haha
