Realising everyday that there are a lot of things you can't delegate as a Builder is very important!

Being an entrepreneur means being able to do the work and do the follow up after delegation!

Building bitsave.netlify.app by CRYPTO SMART taught me a lot about what to delegate and what not to delegate!

1. Don't delegate innovation, inspire it.

Inspire it through creating an atmosphere of dialogue and questions;

'What'd you think'
'How can we make this better'
'What's easiest for the user'
'Would that work?'

2. Don't delegate growth, foster it.

Policies don't bring growth, they bring structure, growth is in application and execution, no matter how strategic your plans are and how well positioned your team is, be involved in at least 20% of the execution activities.

It could be a space, being involved in the rallies, or even posting.

I'm doing this with Bitsave next week as we go on a Campus tour to help young people avoid inflation on their savings.
