Today was unfortunately not my day. Was not expecting to beat my HM PB (01:35:32) but hoped to get close to it. Finished the Berlin half marathon in 01:44:52. Guess I got slower due to warm weather and dehydration. Was a fun run nonetheless and despite the result felt strong through it!

Congrats! My half marathon would be around 35 mins, 30 min running and 5 min ambulance ride 😅
