Someone said, that it might be related to multi-beacon node setups where the validator is switched between beacon nodes within the epoch that they are supposed to create a block

wow - is that an easy thing to miss in the config? or could it be a weird bug?

if only there was some way to send a message to all the validators, or to a specific validator.
