I would love to add a custom frame we can display when Japanese Bountycaster users post a bounty

Here's my submission. I gave it more of an anime feel with a blend of wooden colors. I also added several elements that are characteristic of Japan, such as origami, bonsai trees, cherry blossoms, and a sun symbol in the center of inner frame. And I've added some clouds in the profile picture too.
