Is there a canonical bridge to move NFTs from mainnet to @base?

Any documentation for how the `address _remoteToken` parameter works in the `bridgeERC721` function?

I'm assuming that's the NFT contract that lives on Base? Does it need to give minting privileges to the bridge contract?
