From 1 to 10, how lazy am I? I bought a new iPhone two weeks ago, but I still haven’t switched from my old one. The old one still works, but it has low storage and a broken screen.

do you think you could be feeling overwhelmed and possibly overstimulated? be more kind and listen in to what this resistance is saying to you. can you reframe your perspective to view it more as an opportunity to transition the phones whenever you’re available.
