Spam filtering is coming to Warpcast. Over the last 3 months, we've labelled thousands of spammy accounts by hand and @akshaan has carefully trained an ML model to do this automatically. We're rolling out this model starting today, and it will significantly improve the user experience.

Spam is posting irrelevant content in public spaces to farm reactions and follows. Some examples: - Posting irrelevant replies to someone's cast - Posting irrelevant content in a channel - Mentioning or recasting users unnecessarily Here's a one from a few minutes ago:

not related, but I built the power user ratio frame you shared last week, and as far as I can tell I'm shadowbanned as of today. My casts/replies aren't visible publicly 🥲. There are definitely false positives @kaloh

How would that event be written in code? Is it based on volume/amount? The easy ones are saying words that aren’t aligned with channel. But how do we differentiate between regular & spam.
