You can expand to other products based on your quality signature You can conquer the higher end of the market your margins should be higher, so you can invest in innovation Some examples are Dyson, Swiss companies (watches), BMW/Mercedes

i agree with this because they have the quality signature. but is it too late for this now? imo they got relaxed because of good reviews and didn’t think about how their perfect product would affect them.
