Well why yes. I did make myself a bowl of perfectly healthy oatmeal with plain oats in soy milk topped with apples, walnuts, raisins, and honey. And yes. I did proceed to add a heaping spoonful (or five) of brown sugar. Because it’s Friday and I still don’t have a job and the world is idek and I’m sad!
