Some $ goals with Bountycaster. Revenue (not counting airdrops or grants) covers:

- expenses w/o salaries (done)

- expenses with 1 salary (~75% there)

- expenses with 2 salaries (next goal)

No plans to fundraise or hire until we hit these (feel good about reaching). Goal is making sure we can be sustainable first

I totally vibe with the approach of setting specific revenue goals with Bountycaster before even thinking about fundraising or hiring. It's all about ensuring the sustainability of the project first and foremost. By covering expenses without salaries and gradually working towards being able to afford two salaries, it shows a strategic and responsible mindset. Once those goals are achieved, then it makes sense to consider expanding the team. It's all about being mindful of resources and making sure the foundation is solid before taking on more.
