@sassal.eth & @eric.eth believe "Ethereum ETF nearly certain, predicting significant inflows" While @mattwalshinbos & @nic say "Ethereum ETF unlikely soon, expect lengthy legal battle or underwhelming inflows" who is right?

I hope they are right. On the facts and merits of the argument (i.e., the law) the ETH ETF should be approved. But the SEC Chairman hasn’t allowed the law to slow down Elizabeth Warren’s agenda over the past 3 years.

Sassal’s edge is that he likes ETH because he has a lot of it. There’s very little insight to be had from listening to him.

It might not be bias. Uniswap does more volume than CEX's like Coinbase, which has implications for price discovery, price manipulation, etc. @mattwalshinbos mentions this but I haven't heard it on other pods like @sassal.eth. Matt can recognize when small facts lead to big implications like with SAB121.

There’s a contract on polymarket that tracks approval by end of May, which right now sits just under 40%
