Unpopular opinion: Despite the buzz, I can't help but feel Bitcoin "Rollup" is just a narrative, *conveniently sidestepping* the fact that a hard fork (to meaningfully scale) would ultimately be necessary...

You have to publish proofs on L1. 

Single proof can include many transactions but they are quite big and I would like to understand how they would fit into current limitations. 

I assume they won’t - so I am saying hard fork is inevitable..
