Hadn’t been a drinker, and honestly went a few years without. Slipped back into it on a vacay to 🇯🇵🇰🇷, but with grace & a lot of control. Now I only really have 1-2 beers at a venue & that’s it. But idk if I like how even that felt. So last night I upgraded to… Tequila Water 💧🍋🟩✨

i gave up hard alcohol after having kids because children and hangovers dont mix and its been a game changer

It’s been less that a month that I returned to it, and I’m already leaning back into quitting it again lol 😅 Tbh I guess life has just been heavy for me lately. The brief & controlled respites have felt nice… and my awareness knows that I should let go of it, lest I fall into a deceptively pernicious cycle.
