Spain’s solar market is collapsing, and virtually every major developer is selling off its panels because no one can make money during the hours when the sun is out. At the same time, the Spanish government is preparing to start shutting down the country’s nuclear plants. https://www.elespanol.com/invertia/empresas/energia/20250425/colapso-fotovoltaico-espana-gw-proyectos-solares-cuelgan-cartel-vende-precios-hundidos/1003743728661_0.html

spain never bet on solar energy, gov retired grants to protect the big players, then years later they grow a bubble to make money from investments, all these companies deserved bankruptcy for different scams, they must be nacionalised. This oligarchy must stop one day.

right wing, yeah but the economic/inversion section is used to expose the opinion of the association of companies, (la patronal), we don't have lobbies under laws but they operate as one it is hard to get clean economic/inversion news in spain, the left rejects it and the right uses it on their favour and, energy sector is controlled by oligarchies openly fighting the gov, it put a special tax on them after find out inflated prices and so on, so they are not happy

I don't consider there is something like that, press is very partial here, they all are doing politics best way is to compare sources and remember that every side is trying to shift people opinion to their side most of the time there is no fake data, just trying to install narratives that help to damage the gov credibility, elespañol or eleconomista are most right wing aligned with (pp and vox, republicans and the bussiness class, economics section of elpais is more of "left" wing, psoe, (certainly, liberal wing, aligned with democrats), then the "real" left who does not own any poweful medium and just fight in the trenches is trying to create some presence in the internet but no specialized section nor news, just some good and detailed podcasts like la base (hosted by ex vice president of spain and founder of podemos party) (like the greens but purples here)
