I’m assuming the reply with 5 bullet points of what you got done this week is going to be evaluated by an LLM that’s prompted with something like “compared to job description, tenure and salary was this an expected level of output”

Of course will be a massive controversy. 

First at-scale use of AI for “performance improvement”.

/weeklyhackathon by @jpfraneto.eth  already does it for hackers, no bullet point but real hacker work is analyzed by AI judges and prizes are sent out
