To me, the biggest problem with "proof of human origin" is that "human-created" vs "AI-created" is a false binary. Most art and code I create involves many rounds of interaction between me and models. I suspect most interesting things made this decade will be like this https://x.com/trentmc0/status/1794333215290982702

Some countries are creating laws forcing creators to include when a piece comes from an human or from an AI. There is a limbo there.. with how we all operate.. this is not a binary thing.. vscode has an AI, should we include "made with an AI" in our code following these laws? what about photos from cameras with AI?

Image generation is one of the most popular AI tool rn, and politicians are using it for creating rules and laws.. this is a terrific choice. Most of the time, they do not understand the tech.. and, they rule based on some scary news about kiddos using it for creating porn images of under legal age girls..

This is a crime. But this is a crime even with no AI laws.. you cannot take an image from other without permission and use it for training a lora... (at least, in that country). What happens is that they flood news with things like that creating fear, and they ignore current laws, only for creating no sense laws.

These no sense laws are so prohibitive or permissive based in lazy things.. tagging or not tagging an image does not solve any problem.. and most of the time.. there is no AI or human, it is AI + human.. it is a positive sum..
